Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reelay ("the Service"), which lets you publish short-form videos to your own social media accounts, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
You may use Reelay only to publish content to accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish and must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including TikTok's Community Guidelines, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and the YouTube Terms of Service.
Account connection
When you connect an account (for example a TikTok account, an Instagram account, or a YouTube channel via Google Sign-In), you authorize Reelay to publish content on your behalf only when you explicitly choose to do so. Reelay never posts without your direct action. Connecting a YouTube channel is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or policy-violating content, or to interfere with the operation of the Service or any connected platform.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from actions taken on connected platforms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
